It offers 150 coworking places, and coworkers become part of the house and share the amenities that all other tenants use. For teams there is a fully furnished, ready-to-use office floor of about 2,700 m² on the third floor of the "Heart" building, with room for around 140 workstations and divisible into two units of about 1,350 m². The open, light-filled layout combines room-in-room modules, meeting and project rooms, phone and focus boxes, ergonomic furniture and current media technology for agile and hybrid teams. The setting suits agencies, startups, small teams and corporate satellite teams looking for a creative, professional address. The überlab team is on site Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, and München Ost station is about eight minutes away on foot.
