A hot desk costs €85 for one week, €120 for 15 days or €190 a month, a dedicated desk with a private locker €240 a month, and lockable private offices for two to six people €500–600 a month, all plus VAT. Hot-desk and dedicated-desk members have 24/7 access, weekends included, and every plan comes with high-speed Wi-Fi and cable internet, printing and scanning, utilities, video surveillance, regular cleaning, a business mailing address and meeting-room hours each month. There are no day passes or trial periods: the minimum stay is one week. The space was initiated by the design studio Babled, which works from the first floor of the same building, and has run talks, workshops and film screenings on design and craft.
