Private offices start at €1,250 a month with a six-month minimum, a fixed desk with screen, keyboard, mouse and lockable pedestal at €490, a monthly flex desk at €390 and a day pass at €35; the office and desk plans include three hours of meeting room and 100 black-and-white copies. Members can use the space Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 23:00 and on Saturday until 15:00, and the house runs art activities and exhibitions for its community.
