Architect Harry Elte merged the adjoining houses in 1927 for the Real Estate Bank, and his sandstone façade with a full-length first-floor balcony mixes Art Nouveau, Berlage and Amsterdam School influences. Inside, a lobby with a 1970s Amsterdam feel leads to about 1,135 sqm of lettable workspace over four upper floors linked by a central staircase, and the gym in the souterrain still holds the old bank vault.
