## About

Techspace Eiswerk occupies a listed 19th-century ice storage factory on the banks of the River Spree in Berlin — one of the earliest industrial cooling facilities in Europe, now reimagined as a contemporary workspace for tech and startup teams. The building's high ceilings and generous windows bring natural light deep into the floor plan, complementing a mix of Team Suites, Private Offices, Meeting Rooms, and Day Pass hot-desking. Quiet areas and lounge zones give teams the flexibility to shift between focused work and informal collaboration without leaving the building. A café on site handles coffee, cake, and impromptu client lunches. Practical details are covered thoroughly: high-speed Wi-Fi, large external monitors, air conditioning, bike storage, and pet-friendly access throughout. A riverside terrace adds an outdoor option that few central Berlin coworking spaces can match. Attentive on-site staff handle requests hands-on and organise regular community events — from workshops to social evenings — for members across all membership types.
