Your fixed desk is always the same one, comes with a monitor and keyboard, and you can leave your things on it; every member gets an electronic chip and a key, and access is 24/7, weekends and public holidays included. A fixed desk costs €150 a month plus VAT, with no minimum term and a refundable €50 key deposit. For part-time use there are monthly half-day passes on a flexible desk, subject to availability: mornings (Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00) for €95 and afternoons (15:00–20:00) for €75. A private office with four desks, an extra monitor and keyboard, printing and scanning, mail handling and use of the business address costs €600 a month plus VAT. Coffee, tea and filtered water in the equipped kitchen are free, and high-speed internet, IP telephony, printing, air conditioning, mail handling and a registered business address come with the fixed desk. The operator also offers members IT services – tech support and repairs, cloud backups, security audits, ERP/CRM integration and basic web design. There are no networking events: the focus is a quiet, functional place to work every day, as an alternative to working from home. Pets are not allowed.
