T5 Community works from turn-of-the-century premises at Tomtebogatan 5 in Vasastan, with S:t Eriksplan metro about 3 minutes away. Freelancers, entrepreneurs and companies share open workspaces, conference rooms and a café where coffee and lunch are served and events can be held. Membership comes in three tiers: T5 Thrive with lounge seating on weekdays at 3,000 SEK a month, T5 Flex with a day desk booked in the app at 4,500 SEK and T5 Fix with a dedicated desk at 6,100 SEK, all excl. VAT. Flex and Fix members can come every day from 07 to 22. Weekday reception, daily cleaning, organic coffee, tea and fruit, a kitchen and limited printing are included in every tier, and meeting rooms are booked through the T5 booking system. Add-ons include breakfast, fika and lunch catering, postal handling, the event space and legal support by the hour. More than twenty member companies are listed on the site.
