SUPEROFFICES is a coworking space in the former administration building of the Dinkelacker brewery on Tübinger Straße, run by Supersupply, a Stuttgart studio for architectural design and hospitality concepts founded in 2007. The team modernised the long-empty building while keeping small reminders of its history, and split the first and second floors into cowork, office, meeting and community zones with plywood furniture and bold colours. The community is largely creative: designers, architects, art directors, a digital agency and consultants work side by side, and workshops and events bring them together. A fixed desk – 75 × 150 cm with a Vitra chair, a desk lamp and power with USB-A and USB-C – costs €300 a month, private team offices start at €500 a month depending on their size, and the entire third floor of around 460 m² is available from €5,000 a month. Every plan comes with flexible terms, a registered business address, 24/7 access, furniture, free coffee and water, printer and scanner, high-speed Wi-Fi and the meeting rooms.
