On 250 m² at Klopstockgasse 47 it combines three office rooms – a step-free 40 m² street-side room with air conditioning and space for six, a 30 m² ground-floor room with direct access to the garden for four, and a first-floor room for four – with an 80 m² professionally equipped studio that coworkers can also use for meetings. Each workplace has an 80×160 cm desk with a Bisley A3 drawer unit, shelving, gigabit LAN, a separate backup solution and dimmable LED lighting. There is a lounge with an AirPlay sound system, a full kitchen with a table for twelve, a fine-art inkjet printer up to A2 and an A3 colour laser, and a sunny courtyard garden. Desks are rented by the month from €220 net, with discounted rates for studio use. A newly renovated 20 m² office in the house opposite seats up to four with its own fully equipped kitchen and one studio day a month. Viewings are by appointment.
