studio flux is the studio of frankaflux, a two-person design, film production and events team, which deliberately rents out only a few desks between its own productions, workshops and shoots. The loft has around 120 m² on the ground floor of a former furniture production site, with high ceilings, large windows and plenty of daylight; the main room of about 90 m² holds six Egon Eiermann E2 tables with stacking chairs, and a separate meeting room doubles as a green-screen studio or editing suite. Each desk comes with a large table, an ergonomic chair, fast Wi-Fi, a printer and scanner, and a kitchen with coffee machine, and the meeting room is available by arrangement. Monthly desk plans cost €80 for one day a week, €150 for two, €210 for three, €260 for four and €300 for 24/7 access. The whole studio can be hired for workshops, courses, photo and video shoots and small events for up to 15 people, from €100 for two hours to €300 for eight, with a drinks flat rate at €10 per person and day. All prices are net of 19% VAT. The space suits designers, photographers, filmmakers, writers and small start-ups looking for a quiet, personal place to work.
