## About

Studio Delta D57 is an owner-run office community on Demmeringstraße 57 in Leipzig's Altlindenau district, operating continuously for 14 years. Rather than open-plan desks, the building offers lockable private offices sized for two to five people — between 12 and 25 m² — available fully furnished with ergonomic height-adjustable desks and chairs, or unfurnished for a custom fit-out. Rent is all-inclusive: utilities, high-speed internet, and shared areas such as the community kitchen are folded into one monthly figure, with cleaning bookable as an add-on. The minimum commitment is just three months — significantly shorter than a conventional office lease. Members receive 24/7 keycard access, mail handling, a registered business address, and a 30 % discount on the bookable meeting rooms. Managed offices with a dedicated secure network are available for enterprise satellites needing a Leipzig hub. Viewings are arranged by appointment, by phone or e-mail.
