The Own-Room costs €295 a month plus 19 % VAT, with 24/7 access and a three-month notice period; at the moment one room is free. The rent is all-inclusive – internet, electricity, printing, water and coffee – so there are no extra costs for furniture, utilities or a deposit. Tenants share a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee corner, a small seating area and a bathroom with two cubicles, every workspace has its own large locker, and a colour laser printer, scanner, copier and fax are on hand. You can also store files on the in-house server and share large files with clients via a link.
