## About

sitio Alvalade is the original space of sitio, a network of 21 work and living spaces in Lisbon and Porto, and has been open since September 2014. Two more floors were added in late 2018, bringing it to 735 m², with 356 m² of common areas and 384 m² of workspace. The house has 117 workstations: five furnished private offices, 47 dedicated desks, each with a table, an exclusive drawer unit and a chair, and a hot-desk area where you work anywhere in the common spaces. Two meeting rooms can be booked for client meetings, and there is a business lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with espresso and filtered water, and a rooftop. The community has a creative mindset. Members get 24/7 access and can use the common areas and meeting rooms of every sitio workspace, while non-members buy day or 10-day hot-desk passes and come in on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00. Prices are not published; you get them on request or by creating a free sitio account.
