Sira10 is a neighbourhood space at street level on Carrer de Verdi in the Vila de Gràcia that works as a coworking, a shop-front for pop-up stores and exhibitions, and a venue for workshops and classes – the idea being that working away from home is better when it happens in your own barri. Inside, exposed brick, white-painted beams and patterned hydraulic floor tiles frame long shared worktables and desks along the walls, followed by a kitchen with a big wooden table, a patio full of plants and an open room for activities. A fixed space costs €150 a month, with a private area, a large table, 24/7 access and room to leave your things. Flexible desks at the shared table are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and cost €105 a month full-day, €85 half-day or €65 for a 10-day pass. All prices include VAT and running costs: fibre internet at 600 Mb over Wi-Fi and cable, electricity and water, A4 and A3 printers, a meeting room you book ahead, the patio and kitchen with coffee machine, fridge and microwave, a spot for your bike, cleaning and insurance.
