Schöner Franz is a small coworking space with nine desks at the corner of Schönbrunner Straße and Franzensgasse in Margareten, Vienna's 5th district, a few minutes from the Naschmarkt and the U4 station Kettenbrückengasse. Each fix desk comes with a 27-inch monitor, high-speed Wi-Fi, a mobile pedestal and a lockable shelf, and you share the printer and scanner and the meeting booths (fair use). For use during office hours, Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00, a desk costs €69 a week or €229 a month; with your own key and 24/7 access it costs €99 a week or €299 a month. Single days are available on request for €25, depending on availability. All prices are plus VAT. A 'secret door' connects the office with the neighbouring MARIN espresso bar, where tenants pay one euro for an espresso, and in the evening the Schanigarten is taken over by the wine tavern next door. You can also register your company seat and business address here, with mail service (price on request), and the space runs a start-up programme in which founders can win up to two desks for six months.
