Schloss Office is an owner-run workspace on the third and fourth floors of a corner building with a glass facade on Schloßstraße in Berlin-Steglitz, operating since 2016 on more than 1,000 m². It is not a franchise: Schloß 110 Management GmbH runs the floors itself and rents to freelancers, small teams and companies. The options are an open-space desk from €200 a month, a fixed place in a shared office from €450, a lockable private office from €1,250 (guide prices net of 19% VAT) or a business address with mail handling. Every room has daylight, and the atmosphere is quiet and focused. Conference rooms in several sizes come with a screen and whiteboard and can be booked by the hour or day, while soundproofed phone booths keep calls out of the open space. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee, tea and water, fridge and dishwasher, and wired and wireless internet run in all rooms. Tenants get their own key or chip card for 24/7 access; reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00. Viewings are by appointment.
