## About

Scaling Spaces – Willner Brauerei occupies a carefully restored historic brewery complex at Berliner Straße 80 in Berlin, spreading across multiple renovated buildings with over 2,800 m² of managed office space. The offering centres on fully furnished private offices equipped with ergonomic furniture, complemented by phone booths for focused calls, a lounge area for informal work or downtime, and abundant natural light throughout. High-speed Wi-Fi is standard across the site. Beyond the workspaces, the Willner Brauerei ensemble includes community and event spaces set within the landmark brick architecture of the original brewery — a setting that distinguishes it sharply from generic office buildings. The on-site food and beverage offering, including a well-regarded pizza kitchen in the historic Zollhaus at the entrance, adds a practical and social dimension to the working day. The complex suits teams and growing companies looking for private office space with character, capacity, and a distinct sense of place in Berlin.
