The interior has a creative, industrial look with glass-walled offices along bright corridors. Offices range from 25 to 75 m², plus one large floor of 380 m², and flexible desks and offices for teams of 4 to 12 people start at €1,449 a month. Co-working and a virtual office (Basic €60 or Plus with business registration €80 a month) are also available, and meeting rooms can be booked by the hour or half-day between 9:00 and 17:00, also by non-tenants. Offices are furnished and turn-key, with fibre-optic Wi-Fi, Moyee coffee and tea on tap, cleaning, cooling, lifts, shared spaces and 24/7 access; parking is behind the building. The minimum term is one year.
