Retiro Centro de Negocios (RCN) is a small business centre on the second floor of Avenida del Mediterráneo 9, next to the Parque del Retiro and a short walk from Atocha station, run by Atebion Capital. It rents furnished private offices for one to six people from €350 a month with all services included: individual air conditioning and heating, fibre internet and Wi-Fi, daily cleaning, electricity, 24/7 access with security cameras, registered and commercial address, call answering in your company's name, mail and parcel handling, visitor reception, printing, copying and scanning, a phone line, a kitchen and up to eight free hours a month in the meeting room. The boardroom seats up to 12 with a full audiovisual set-up for videoconferences and presentations, a whiteboard and catering on request, and costs €25 an hour, €80 for a half day or €150 for a full day; it can be booked online. Virtual office plans cost €75 or €90 a month + IVA on annual contracts. The centre uses no corporate logos, so it works as your own company's office in Madrid.
