Rentadesk4less is a small, independent business centre of 180 m² on the fifth floor of a modernista building in the Eixample, with five private rooms: a single office, an office for two and three larger rooms with desks for groups of four and five. The rooms keep their period character, with wooden frames, carved mouldings and parquet floors, and every room has windows for daylight and fresh air. Desks measure 160 × 80 cm and come with ergonomic chairs, lockable drawer units and cupboards, and each desk has a cable connection to the 1 Gb fibre line as well as the Wi-Fi. Rent is monthly only, with no hot desks by the day or hour, and starts at €140 per user a month plus VAT. That covers the furniture, internet, water, electricity and gas, periodic cleaning, the equipped kitchen, an 18 m² meeting room with audiovisual equipment, courtesy mineral water and up to 50 printed pages a month. Tenants can register their company at the address, access runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00, and visits are by appointment only.
