## About

Pulsraum is a flexible place for work, meetings and events in Berlin-Wedding, in a former commercial building with a history going back to 1888, industrial loft windows and a green courtyard garden with urban permaculture. Instead of classic room rental it offers different work and event areas that can be used temporarily and as needed. The large workshop room of about 90 m² holds 40–80 people, with presentation boards and flipcharts and an optional 46-inch monitor, laser projector and PA system; the small seminar room of about 20 m² takes up to 8 people, with a 3 × 1 m whiteboard, flipchart and a 46-inch monitor with optional 180° camera; the gallery of about 65 m² seats 20–50 and can add a concert grand piano and a bar; and the summer terrace and courtyard of about 400 m² take up to 100 people and are step-free. The small seminar room costs €190 for up to four hours or €349 for a full day, and the large workshop room €990 for a half day or €1,530 for a full day (9:00–18:00), all net, with coffee, tea, water and 250 Mbit/s internet included. For companies that want a presence in Berlin, Pulsraum also offers a business address with mailbox from €220 a month net, up to a usable office place with extra services.
