## About

Projektcampus in Heimsheim is a full-stack business campus built for project teams that need more than a desk. The 19–23 Alemannenstraße site brings together up to 100 furnished project offices, 30 meeting rooms, vehicle halls with car lifts, a canteen, event spaces, and an on-site Business Motel — all available around the clock. That last detail matters: 24/7 access means international project teams across time zones can operate without friction. Vehicle halls with car lifts set Projektcampus apart from any conventional office park — a deliberate choice for engineering, automotive, and development-adjacent clients. Flexible monthly office bookings keep the commitment proportional to the project. The campus sits directly at the A8 motorway junction and is roughly 25 minutes from Stuttgart Airport, so visiting teams land, drive, and start work. Locally owned and operated since 2012, the staff is consistently noted for competence and responsiveness. Infrastructure as a service — nothing more, nothing less.
