## About

Fora – Pressehaus Podium occupies a newly built office complex on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 29A in Berlin Mitte, steps from Alexanderplatz. Designed with a strong architectural identity — notable for its use of natural materials including cork — the building houses private offices and meeting rooms suited to established teams and scaling businesses seeking a polished base in central Berlin. The workspace is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, ergonomic furniture, and printing and scanning facilities, while a barista service, free coffee, and filtered water keep the day running without friction. The rooftop terrace adds a distinctive outdoor amenity rare at this scale in Mitte. The reception team manages day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach, and the broader office management handles logistics so tenants can focus on their work. With a 4.8 Google rating and a location within one of Berlin's most connected commercial districts, Pressehaus Podium positions itself as a high-specification address for businesses that need both presence and practicality.
