## About

Pioneer Lab Düsseldorf Franklinstraße is a small coworking space in Pempelfort run by Pioneer Lab, the innovation and startup hub of the Carl Remigius Fresenius education group. The space is deliberately compact, with six desks and one multifunctional workshop and event area. A desk here is your own fixed desk, with a lockable unit and your own mailbox, and the page lists it from €175 a month; free Wi-Fi and a coffee and water flat rate are included, office cleaning is taken care of, and you share the kitchen, lounge and meeting room with the other members. Dogs are welcome. The workshop and seminar area, from €300, comes with writable walls, flipcharts, whiteboards, a projector, a Samsung Flip and a complete BENE cube system, so it works for team workshops, trainings and small events. Behind the space sits the wider Pioneer Lab programme of events, incubator and accelerator programmes and the Pioneer Club network, which makes the house a good fit for founders and freelancers who want a quiet desk of their own with a startup community around it. Requests go through the contact form on the location page.
