It serves corporations, startups and freelancers with private corporate floors, ready-to-move-in private offices for teams of 2 to 200+, dedicated desks with personal storage, flexible desks in the common areas and meeting rooms for 2 to 35 people, and it is also used for events thanks to three terraces and a rooftop overlooking the Paseo de Recoletos. Every floor is equipped for hybrid work, with advanced air and water filtration and a biophilic design, and the centre holds the WELL for Coworking certification. Members get 24/7 access, reception, high-speed internet, mail handling and guest reception, phone booths, cleaning and utilities, printing, free refreshments and a snack market, showers and community events; private car and bike parking are optional.
