Remodelled in 2004, it has eight interior and exterior private offices of 11 to 39 m² and a boardroom for 10 people. Offices are rented by the hour or by the month and are handed over furnished and equipped, ready to work on the day you sign; a monthly office comes with its own key, the company's registered address, phone, connection, cleaning, utilities and maintenance, and clients can use hot desks across the network's 35 centres. Contracts are monthly or quarterly, renew automatically and need 15 to 30 days' notice, with a two-month deposit.
