Opened in June 2015, it has 33 furnished private offices from 14 to 49 m², handed over ready to work on the day you sign, and boardrooms for up to 50 people, the largest meeting room in OficinasYA!'s Madrid network. Offices are rented by the hour or by the month; a monthly office comes with its own key, 24/7 access with fingerprint control, registered business address, cleaning, maintenance and utilities, on a quarterly contract that renews with 30 days' notice.
