Oficex is a business centre founded in 1998 on the first floor of Calle de Ayala 11, in the Serrano 54 building on the corner of Serrano and Ayala in Madrid's Salamanca district. It rents fully furnished and decorated private offices of different sizes, for as long as you need, with no initial investment; furniture can be added or removed at no cost. Offices come in six categories, from €350 a month (category A) through €550, €700, €1,000 and €1,200 to €1,400 a month (category F), and can also be rented by the hour from €30, by the half day from €55 or by the day from €80. The monthly fee covers a registered business address, air conditioning and heating, one or two phone lines, high-speed wired and Wi-Fi internet, electricity, daily cleaning, maintenance, local taxes, insurance, reception of visitors, call answering in your company's name, mail handling and half a day a month of free boardroom use, with 50% off further room bookings. The boardroom, with projector and screen, costs €60 an hour, €100 for half a day or €150 for a full day. Domiciliation plans cost €40, €72.50 or €155 a month + IVA, and garage spaces in the building can be rented.
