Office Madrid has rented flexible workspace to freelancers, startups and small companies since 2011, with no long commitment. Here you can rent a private office for one or two people (Junior), up to five (Business) or six and more (Team), by the month or by the hour or day, or work in the coworking area by the hour (€5), the day (€25) or the month (€150 for half days, €180 full-time, €210 with a business address). Coworking plans include internet, printers, a private locker, coffee and snacks, reception of your visitors and Office Madrid's networking events. The centre has a skylit common area with plants, a kitchen and several meeting and training rooms for larger groups; room rates for Retiro are on request.
