The floors are open on all four sides, with 360° panoramic views, offices that look out over Diagonal and, according to the operator, natural light across 95% of the workspace. The house offers customisable private offices with ergonomic furniture, tailor-made offices designed for teams of up to 300, and a coworking club zone with open-meeting booths, phone booths and the Ameba office canteen. Eight bookable meeting rooms for four to ten people cost €30 to €65 an hour, net of VAT, the Barcelona event room seats up to 40, and an office day pass costs €30 plus VAT.
