myhive Urban Garden is CPI Europe's newest office building at Wienerberg in Vienna's 10th district, finished in August 2023 at Wienerbergstraße 3/5 with around 18,000 m² of space, a large terrace, balconies and green façades, certified BREEAM "Outstanding". Its mycowork area sells three products you can book from one month: myflex, a desk without a fixed place in the shared office, from €199 a month; mydesk, a fixed desk, from €350; and myroom, a private room for teams of two or more, from €550. Teams of 15 people or more can rent a private, serviced myoffice with its own reception, conference and focus rooms on request. The monthly price includes coffee, tea and water, furniture, utilities, fast internet, lockers, daily cleaning, focus rooms, printing and scanning, 24/7 access, a bike room and showers. Desks are height-adjustable with daylight and individually controlled air conditioning, and the coworking floor has a conference room and a lounge with a fully equipped kitchen. A community manager looks after members, and myconference rooms for up to 100 people can be booked in the building.
