## About

Spread across 900+ sqm of sun-drenched loft space on Vienna's most iconic boulevard, MEINS01 runs on three decks — Hauptdeck, Oberdeck, and Doppeldeck — each purpose-built for focused, quiet work. The 15+ private lockable offices come in a range of sizes, making the space a genuine fit for solo freelancers and small teams alike. Every membership plan includes access to meeting rooms bookable via Google Calendar at no extra cost, which is rarer than it should be. Coffee is sourced exclusively from Kaffeefabrik, one of Vienna's most respected roasteries — a small detail that says a lot about how MEINS01 is run. That "how" comes down to Manfred, the owner and direct point of contact, whose hands-on, unbureaucratic approach has earned the space a 4.9★ Google rating across 40+ reviews. With 24/7 key access and a 1-month minimum commitment, settling in is refreshingly straightforward.
