## About

Maleo Saldanha is a serviced office centre on Avenida da República in Lisbon's Avenidas Novas, run by Maleo, which operates eight office centres in Lisbon and Porto. It rents private offices adapted to each company and the size of its team, backed by Maleo's service team, and tenants have access to fully equipped meeting rooms. The centre's photos show bright, furnished team offices with large windows, a staffed reception with a small waiting area, compact meeting rooms and a boardroom. Tenants get 24-hour access all year round, an outdoor space where they can work, meet or take a break, and support services such as catering, guest reception and audiovisual equipment. Maleo also offers hybrid solutions, meeting rooms for 4 to 14 people and event spaces across its centres. Prices are not published: office space, meeting rooms and the Maleo All Access plan are quoted after an enquiry through the website. Clients quoted on Maleo's website single out the professional, attentive team and the clear contract terms.
