MadHat is a bright loft of almost 1,000 m² in Madrid's Tetuán district, in a building that opened as the Arizona cinemas in 1944 and later housed the Arrévola hat and beret factory. Most of it is used for corporate and private events, but a fully separate coworking and office zone with its own entrance at Calle de la Araucaria 22 rents desks and small private offices. Flexible desks cost €175 a month for use from 9:00 to 15:00 with two hours of meeting room a month; fixed desks cost €250 a month with 24/7 access every day and four hours of meeting room; and a fixed desk in a private office area costs €300 per person a month, also 24/7, with meeting rooms on demand.
