Mad Tech Campus is a startup coworking and community hub in Nave 14 of Matadero Madrid, the former slaughterhouse turned cultural centre on Paseo de la Chopera in Arganzuela. It opened in March 2026 with more than 50 people and 16 startups, and its founding partners are Tetuan Valley, SeedRocket, BackFund and La Nave Nodriza. The idea is a permanent meeting point for Madrid's startup ecosystem, where founders, investors, accelerators and tech organisations share a large, bright industrial hall with fixed and flexible desks, phone booths, meeting rooms and an auditorium, plus a continuous programme of meetups, workshops, demo days and investor sessions. Membership is curated and every application is reviewed: the Comunidad plan costs €25 per person a month and includes all events and coworking day passes at €25, the hot desk costs €150 per person a month with your place booked two days a week, and a fixed desk costs €200 per person a month, all with access to meeting rooms and common areas. The campus is built for startups, so freelancers and agencies are pointed to the community plan, and companies and institutions can partner or host events.
