Lorenzana Espacios Comunes is a shared office and cultural space on the ground floor of Calle de Lorenzana 2 in Tetuán, Madrid, run as the neighbourhood's social coworking. It grew out of a 2019 meeting of small companies and independent professionals at Medialab Prado and is managed by the Espacios Comunes Lorenzana association, whose members work in urban planning, architecture, geography, engineering, communication, translation and design. Besides well-equipped workstations for companies and professionals, the space has a shared kitchen, a multipurpose room and a workshop, used depending on availability. A programme of cultural activities, book presentations, film screenings, talks and gatherings runs alongside the desks, many of them open to the public and shaped by the interests of Tetuán. Two plans are offered: a fixed desk at €150 a month + IVA with unlimited hours, an assigned space and storage, and a regular desk at €90 a month + IVA for half days on weekdays at a flexible desk without storage.
