LODGE Leipzig rents serviced private offices in a business building in Leipzig's Waldstraßenviertel – not open-plan coworking, but private offices in a curated house with selected tenants. On the third floor there are four standard offices of about 13–20 m² and two larger ones of about 25 and 50 m², for two to eight people, all furnished with desks, office chairs and monitors and ready to move into. Monthly rents including service charges run from €445.50 for office 1 (about 13 m², two workplaces) to €1,620 for office 4 (about 50 m², six to eight workplaces), plus 19 % VAT. The rent covers fibre internet over LAN and Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, the lift and the cleaned shared area with a fully equipped kitchen – coffee machine, fridge, microwave, water filter and dishwasher. Each tenant gets keys for the main entrance, the floor and their own office; office cleaning and a parking space in the underground car park are optional extras. The rooms have large windows and plenty of daylight, and the entrance is camera-monitored. On the second floor, a self-contained, unfurnished unit of about 200 m² with kitchenette, toilet and its own entrance can be fitted out to your own concept. Viewings by appointment.
