## About

Livingroom Coworking at Bondegatan 30 sits among the cosy blocks around Nytorget on Södermalm and rents open-plan flex and fixed desks as well as private office rooms, for two to three people or for four and more. More than 100 entrepreneurs share their workdays across Livingroom's two houses, and a membership gives access to both this one and the second house in Gustavsbergs hamn on Värmdö. The operators organise shared breakfasts, a summer party before the holidays and a Christmas party, plus larger member events such as conferences, trips and themed parties. Several companies have grown inside the premises, and the operators say they adapt to changing needs. The house suits consultants, small business owners and small teams who want a calm workday with colleagues around them. No prices are published; rates and viewings are arranged on request.
