## About

Lisbon WorkHub isn't trying to be the prettiest coworking space in the city — it's trying to be the most useful one. Housed in an award-winning rehabilitated industrial building that won the National Urban Rehab Award in 2016, the space on Rua Tabaqueira sits at the edge of Marvila's creative district: far enough from central Lisbon to actually get things done, close enough to matter. Inside, you get 24/7 access, sound-insulated phone booths, dedicated meeting rooms, and a ground-floor layout that's step-free from the street. Flexibility is built in — book a hot desk by the hour, lock in a monthly fixed or flex plan, or take a private office. Self-storage is on site. Your dog is welcome. Weekly brunches and regular networking events keep the community sharp without forcing it. If you've been working from a café in Chiado and wondering why you're not moving faster — this is your answer.

## FAQ

### How is a work hub different from a traditional office?

A work hub like Lisbon WorkHub gives you all the infrastructure of a private office — fast WiFi, meeting rooms, phone booths, reception, daily cleaning — without a long-term lease. You choose your commitment: book by the hour, take a monthly flex desk, or rent a private office, and scale up or down as your work changes.

### Where can I work remotely in Lisbon with free parking?

Lisbon WorkHub on Rua Tabaqueira in Marvila offers free on-site car parking — a genuine rarity among Lisbon coworking spaces. The space is open 24/7, so your hours aren't dictated by the building's schedule either.

### Is Lisbon WorkHub pet-friendly?

Yes — Lisbon WorkHub is one of the few coworking spaces in Lisboa that explicitly welcomes pets. Bring your dog to work without needing to make arrangements at home.

### What workspace options and pricing plans are available?

Lisbon WorkHub offers hot desks bookable by the hour, monthly flex and fixed-desk plans, private offices, and self-storage on site. Contact the space directly or check availability on One Coworking for current rates.

### Is the space accessible for people with mobility needs?

Lisbon WorkHub has a step-free entrance with ground-floor warehouse access (rés-do-chão) explicitly designed for ease of entry. The main coworking building is a rehabilitated historic structure — if you have specific accessibility requirements beyond step-free entry, it's worth contacting the space before your visit.

### Does Lisbon WorkHub have a community or networking events?

Yes — Lisbon WorkHub runs weekly brunches and regular networking events, making it an active community rather than just a desk-rental service. Frederik Gail, a member, put it directly: "If you want to be part of the entrepreneurial, innovative part of Portugal, WorkHub in Marvila is exactly that."
