The two floors hold furnished private offices, shared work areas and nine meeting rooms; in the same building, Espacio C4 on the first floor adds a café with healthy food, a wellness and fitness area with physiotherapy, and an auditorium. Flexible private offices for teams of any size start at €1,500 a month on contracts from one month, with optional custom fit-out, branding and extra passes for rotating teams. You can also rent a desk in a shared office month to month, buy day passes, book rooms for meetings, training, board meetings, events and conferences for up to 36 people, or use a virtual office and company domiciliation. Services include 24/7 access and security, IT support, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, ergonomic furniture, phone booths, kitchens and coffee points, call handling, mail management, printers, daily cleaning and parking.
