## About

Leader Cowork is a coworking space in Les Corts built as a modern office floor rather than a converted warehouse or flat, with an open coworking zone, private offices and a multipurpose meeting and training room. In the coworking zone every member has a fixed desk with a separator and a lockable locker: the Coworking Completo plan costs €100 a month, and the Súper plan, which adds a made-to-measure lockable drawer unit, costs €110 to €125 a month. Furnished private offices start at €300 a month, and you can bring in your own equipment and furniture if you prefer. Every desk and office plan includes 1 Gb internet over Wi-Fi and cable, 24/7 access, the meeting room, a kitchen with a coffee machine, fridge and microwave, and a registered business address with your company logo; a virtual office with mail handling and six meeting-room hours a month costs €40 a month. All prices are plus VAT, and there are discounts for people who come with a partner, groups of more than three people and double desks. The operator states that the whole space, bathroom included, is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Plans are monthly – Leader Cowork focuses on affordable monthly memberships rather than day passes – and members are freelancers, self-employed professionals, startups and small companies from many different sectors.
