Lakefirst (Lake 1st) is a 1,000 m² coworking space in the Seeparq building on Eva-Maria-Mazzucco-Platz in Seestadt Aspern, Vienna's 22nd district, two minutes from the lake and three minutes on foot from the U2 terminus Seestadt. Designed by the sustainable-architecture practices pos-architecture and COFABRIC, it is built to passive-house standard with an ÖGNB certificate, heating and cooling from groundwater, controlled fresh-air ventilation, daylight in every room and active sound insulation. Plans run from flex desks to private offices and are booked online in the member portal: a 24/7 flex desk costs €164 a month, a part-time flex desk (20 hours a week) €105, a fixed desk in a shared small office €217, and private offices for 4 to 18 people range from €782 to €3,506 a month, plus a garden loft for 10. Meeting rooms for 9, 14 and 20 people and the SeeSaal for up to 60 can be booked by the hour. Members share a lounge and kitchen with a café corner, a break terrace on the first floor, Wi-Fi everywhere, lockers, a bike garage and storage units, and the space hosts a monthly coworking breakfast.
