## About

LACS Santos occupies a Valmor Prize-winning building on Avenida 24 de Julho — one of Lisbon's most architecturally celebrated addresses — with interiors crafted by designer Joana Astolfi to feel as considered as they are comfortable. Across five floors and 5,000 sqm, the open-plan workspaces are flooded with natural light under high ceilings, drawing freelancers, startups, and established teams who do their best work when the setting inspires them. Beyond the desk, the offer is genuinely distinctive: an on-site Hot Yoga studio, a rooftop terrace with Tejo views, a backyard garden, and LACS Café for the moments between meetings. Private phone booths handle focus calls; fully equipped meeting rooms scale up to 12. Membership is flexible — day passes, dedicated desks, private offices, and a virtual address for Portugal-based business registration. Underground parking with EV charging, step-free access throughout, and a lift make logistics effortless. This is the place to be in Santos.
