## About

LACS Conde d'Óbidos isn't just a coworking space — it's a 5,000 m² restored dockworkers' building in Lisbon's Alcântara district, where industrial heritage and creative ambition share the same address. The bones of the building do the talking: exposed structure, curated art throughout, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Tagus river that reviewers consistently call out as genuinely extraordinary. Below the surface, the ecosystem runs deep — ateliers, an art gallery, a café, a restaurant, and dedicated event spaces sit alongside hot desks, private offices, and meeting rooms under one roof. Day passes start from €20, making it accessible for digital nomads passing through Lisbon, while growing startups can scale into private offices. Step-free access, two on-site lifts, and buses stopping at the door mean getting here is straightforward. As part of the multi-location LACS network — Santos, Anjos, and Cascais included — members gain a foothold in Lisbon's most connected creative community.
