## About

Kwerk Messine occupies a Haussmannian building of 4,300 m² at 16 avenue de Messine in Paris's 8th arrondissement. Its private spaces are fully customisable, and the house adds 1,800 m² of reception space, including a large meeting room for up to 22 people. Two green 360-degree rooftops, holding up to 100 people, offer panoramic views over Paris, and a ground-floor patio adds a third outdoor space. The house leans toward wellness: three sport studios, two infrared saunas, a flotation cabin, a nap room and five private bathrooms are on site. A bistro serves lunch and a barista makes specialty coffee, and parking is available for cars, two-wheelers and bicycles. Kwerk does not publish prices and viewings are arranged on request. The address is listed as open Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 19:00, and Miromesnil metro is five minutes away.
