Koworking is a 350 m² coworking space in Poblenou, in the middle of Barcelona's 22@ district, designed for companies and freelancers who want flexibility, comfort and contact with other professionals and start-ups. The operator's photos show an open loft with raw concrete columns and beams, large windows and rooms framed in glass and dark steel, plus a café corner with high tables and a wall of lockers. There are three plans: Flex, a flexible desk in the bright shared area, for €190 a month; Fix, a fixed desk in the shared space in the spot you choose, for €230 a month; and Day, a pack of ten days at a flexible desk to use within three months, for €180. Members have meeting rooms with screens, access control and security, lockers, utilities including climate control, Wi-Fi and printers, cleaning and disinfection, purified water, coffee and tea, and ergonomic furniture.
