A membership without a private office costs SEK 5,300 per month excl. VAT and covers the common areas and all benefits. Eight meeting rooms, a staffed reception, weekly breakfast, access around the clock, a shower, fruit and coffee are part of the house. Events include art exhibitions with vernissages, afterworks and seasonal parties. The restaurant Riche is in the same building. Contracts run continuously with three months' notice, and three months' rent is paid in advance instead of a deposit.
