The offices are modern and stylishly furnished in a historic setting, with a limited number of workplaces, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and printer, coffee, tea, snacks and fruit, a kitchen and coffee corner and regular cleaning. A fixed desk costs €350 a month plus VAT and includes a lockable shelf, 8 meeting-room hours a month, a company sign and 24/7 access with your own key; flexible desks are sold as day tickets for €29 and week tickets for €105, and own office rooms are available on request with a 12-month minimum, then monthly notice. The 'Backstube' meeting room for up to 10 costs €25 an hour or €150 a day. Kipferlhaus also offers a registered business address with post service and a consulting office (Sprechstelle) for lawyers, and currently advertises an opening offer.
