## About

Kiez Büro Mall of Berlin occupies a quiet side street just steps from Potsdamer Platz, offering private offices and flexible coworking desks inside a compact, well-maintained space filled with natural light. The setup is deliberately calm — designed for focused solo work and small teams who need a professional environment without the noise of larger co-working hubs. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi, a quality coffee machine, a printer, and access to meeting rooms, with community events held for members. Workspace options extend to team rooms suited to groups of varying sizes, and the space can also serve as a registered business address. Pricing is positioned to be accessible, with both fixed and flexible desk arrangements available. A hands-on owner manages day-to-day operations directly, keeping service responsive and the environment consistently well-kept. The overall tone is residential and unhurried — closer to a well-run neighbourhood office than a corporate flex-space floor.
