Infinito Delicias is a community and cultural centre in Delicias (Arganzuela) at Calle de Juana Doña 5, created by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation in a converted industrial complex that won the 2023 Holcim Award for Europe's most sustainable project. Alongside a restaurant, kitchens, event spaces, a residence and a cultural programme, it runs a coworking with more than 700 m² of shared common areas. A flexible desk in the open space costs from €200 per person a month + IVA, a fixed desk from €285 per person a month + IVA, and private offices for teams of 4, 6 or 8 from €1,400 a month + IVA. The building runs on geothermal and solar energy with cross ventilation, planted façades and terraces, and the workspaces have plenty of daylight and ergonomic chairs.
